Carmi Police arrested a man on Wednesday afternoon at Third and Sycamore.
43-year-old Randall Flowers was placed under arrest for a White County Failure to Appear warrant on a 2025 charge of Obstructing Justice.
Flowers will remain in custody until his court appearance.
