Carmi resident Nicholas Page is behind bars after Carmi Police caught up to the 28-year-old Wednesday night. It was just after 11pm when Page was apprehended at his Fackney Street residence. Authorities say he was wanted on a Failure to Appear warrant and taken to jail where he is behind held per the conditions of that warrant. Dating back to December 20th of 2024, Page has been arrested six times on charges ranging from major traffic violations to misdemeanors including charges of Battery and Criminal Trespassing and multiple felony charges including Possession of Burglary Tools, Bringing a Controlled Substance into a Penal Institution, and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. Page is due in court for a Pre-Trial hearing at 10am Thursday.
