A Carmi woman is out on pre trial release following her arrest early this (Thursday) morning. Carmi Police say they arrested 25-year-old Savanna Bailey at the intersection of Oak and Burrell following a traffic stop at around 2:30am. Bailey was allegedly wanted on a White County warrant relating to a False Report of Vehicle Theft that online records suggest happened on October 21st. Bailey was booked, processed, and released at 3:24am.
