Less than 12 hours following his arrest early Monday morning, Carmi’s Timothy Gade landed back behind bars just before 2pm same day. Carmi Police say they were called to 812 South Church where they arrested 65-year-old Timothy Gade for violating his conditions of pre-trial release. Gade was supposed to have no contact with his alleged victim from earlier in the day or go to the residence for at least 72 hours following his release. Gade was booked and detained this time until he can be seen by a judge.
