The Carmi-White County Volleyball team took home Silver at the NCOE Tournament last night, defeating Hamilton County and Herrin in two sets each. The Lady Bulldogs improve to 11-2 on the season. Carmi will have tonight off, but they will take part in the Benton Tournament tomorrow. The Lady Bulldogs have won the Benton Tournament two seasons in a row, they will go for the three-peat tomorrow. 

The Carmi-White County Boys Golf team traveled to West Frankfort yesterday, and the Bulldogs finished in 3rd Place out of 4 teams with a team score of 169.
Maxon O’Daniel placed 4th overall, shooting a 39.
Cayden Holloman shot a 41.
Jordan Tomassetti shot a 43.
Gabe Winkleman shot a 46.
Abe Girten shot a 47.
Jax Jordan shot a 48.

The CWC Boys Golf team will travel to Hamilton County on Monday, the Girls Golf team will host NCOE and Mt. Vernon (IL) on Monday. 

The Carmi-White County Boys & Girls Cross Country teams ran at West Frankfort yesterday afternoon.
Andrew Benham and Makyla Seibers both finished in 1st Place.
Ally Pollard finished 23rd.
Ellie King finished 25th.
Niah Haley finished 30th.
Julianna Bolerjack finished 41st.
Aubrey Kessler finished 44th.
Tyson Heise finished 67th.

The CWC Cross Country teams will run at NCOE next Thursday. 

The Carmi-White County Football team will host Hamilton County tonight for their first home game of the 2025 season.
Both teams come into tonight’s game with an 0-2 record, the Bulldogs lost at Flora last week and Hamilton County fell at home against Sesser-Valier.
The Bulldogs are teaming up with Relay For Life as tonight is their Black Out Cancer Game. Fans who plan on attending tonight are encouraged to wear black to show support.
Fans who can’t attend can watch and listen to all the action on 97.3 FM WRUL and the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel. Kickoff is set for 7 PM.
