The Carmi-White County Baseball team is scheduled to begin postseason play this afternoon at home against Hamilton County, weather permitting.
The Bulldogs are 10-12-1 on the year, they’re coming off a 10-8 loss to the Foxes back on Thursday.
If the Bulldogs win this afternoon, they will travel to Fairfield on Wednesday to take on Harrisburg in the semifinal round of the 2A Fairfield Regional.

The Carmi-White County Softball team will begin postseason play tomorrow at the 2A Harrisburg Regional, as they will battle Harrisburg at 6 PM, weather permitting. If the Lady Bulldogs win tomorrow, they’ll move on the Regional Championship game on Friday to face either Carterville, Massac County, or Vienna.
The Carmi-White County Boys Tennis team will host Mt. Carmel this afternoon at Bradshaw Park for their final match of the regular season, weather permitting. The Bulldogs will travel to Herrin this Friday for the IHSA Sectional.
10 Lady Bulldogs will be heading to the IHSA Track State Finals at Eastern Illinois University on Thursday.
The 4×4 Relay team of Ellie King, Aubrey Kessler, Audrey Taylor, and Callie Winter.
The 4×8 Relay team of Gabbie Conover, Makyla Seibers, Ally Pollard, and Callie Acord.
Torrie Rider will throw Shot Put, and Norah Taylor will be competing in High Jump.
