Carmi Police pulled over and gave 54-year-old Lloyd Davis a Notice to Appear on Wednesday night for not having a valid driver’s license.
In the early morning hours on Thursday, 25-year-old Larry Mayberry was arrested by Carmi Police for Driving While License Suspended. Due to Mandatory Insurance, Mayberry was also issued a citation for Operating a Vehicle with Suspended Registration. A Notice to Appear was given to Mayberry, who was later released from the White County Jail.
