Carmi Police conducted a traffic stop and apprehended 43-year-old Robert Veatch.
Veatch was arrested for Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle by a Driver and was cited for Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration. Veatch was released from jail with a Notice to Appear.
