Carmi Woman Reports Stolen Registration Sticker

The theft of a registration sticker has been reported to the Carmi Police Department. Marcia M Caudill, of Carmi, told officers that on April 8th someone stole the registration sticker from her car while it was parked at CVS Pharmacy.
