Carmi Police arrest woman smoking pot on Main Street
21 year old Halie Stokes of Norris City was arrested by Carmi Police Thursday just after noon. Stokes was observed smoking marijuana in a glass pipe on the sidewalk in front of Nikki’s Place on Main Street.
