Ribbon cutting held at Ginny’s Place Tuesday, September 12 by Jc Tinsley The Carmi Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting Friday for Ginny’s Place. Ginny’s Place offers breakfast all day, as well as lunch and dinner. “We wish Ginny’s Place much success,” noted Chamber Director Holly Healy.
