First batch of West Nile mosquitoes found in Carmi by EHD
The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) is reporting the first West Nile virus positive mosquito batch reported in southern Illinois in 2016. The Egyptian Health Department collected the positive mosquito batch on June 9, 2016 in Carmi, White County.
