Ditch the workout and join the Party! Register for the Zumba class which is being offered Fall Semester at Wabash Valley College. Zumba is a combination of Latin rhythms, easy-to-follow moves, and interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body, while burning fat. The instructor wants you to work out, love working out, and get hooked! Zumba is a high-calorie-burning, high-energy workout. What is better than enjoying going to an exercise class in which you don’t even realize you are working your entire body and having a great time doing it! Zumba is the most exciting exercise that you will ever experience!
The class, Aerobics I, PEI-1136, taught by Cassandra Grimes, will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:00 – 6:50 p.m. in the Science Building Room 61, beginning August 18.
In-District tuition may be discounted for students enrolled in four or less semester hours in the evening. There will be a $5 Technology fee per credit hour and a $10 Student Support fee per credit hour.
Students may register at the first class session or at the College. For more information, contact the Student Services Office at 618-262-8641.
