Carmi Police arrested Carmi resident Stacey Woolsey just before midnight Saturday at Plum and William.
Woolsey was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle.
Then, on Sunday night, 43-year-old Randall Flowers was arrested by Carmi Police on a Vanderburgh County warrant for failure to appear on charges of forgery and fraud.
Flowers was detained at the White County Jail while he waits for extradition to Indiana.
