Two individuals were arrested Friday night after Carmi Police received a call about an active domestic situation at a residence on Oak Street.
Brandon Stover and Autumn Vaughan were both taken to the White County Jail Friday night on charges of Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct. On Tuesday morning, Stover and Vaughan appeared before a judge, were released, and given arraignment dates of February 11 at 9:30 AM.
In a separate incident on Sunday, around 6:30, 30-year-old Tristan Capps was arrested on an Edwards County warrant for Aggravated Fleeing or Attempt to Elude a Police Officer.
