Three Arrested by White County Sheriff Department

A White County Sheriff Deputy responded to the Carmi McDonald’s on Friday afternoon and took an individual into custody.
Following a request from Edwards County States Attorney Eric St. Ledger, the Sheriff’s Department arrested Maricello Devasquez at Carmi McDonald’s for violating his pretrial release condition. After being transported to the White County Jail, Devasquez appeared in court, where he pled guilty to Aggravated Domestic Battery, Strangulation.
His sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 20 at 10:30 am.
Inside the Sheriff’s lobby on Monday, Enfield resident Holli Musgrave wanted to file a report of her vehicle being stolen from Mt. Vernon, Indiana, while she was in rehab.
Deputies knew of Musgrave having an active White County warrant issued back in November 2025. Musgrave was then placed under arrest for violating an order of protection. She was then placed before a judge, given a preliminary hearing for February 11 at 10 am, and was then released from custody.
Lastly, Serena Dunn is back behind bars after she was arrested Tuesday morning at the Probation Office.
Dunn was advised that she had violated her probation in a case dating back to 2020 for Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Dunn will be detained until she can see a judge.
