CWC School Board members approved numerous items during their executive session.
Three retirements were approved: Amy Atteberry as the Lincoln Principal, effective June 2030; Eric Dixon will retire at the end of the 2027-2028 school year as the P.E./Driver’s Ed teacher; and Stacy Simon, the 7th-grade ELA teacher, will end her CWC teaching career January 2027.
Six employments during executive session include: Jessica Smith as an Elementary Special Education teacher at Lincoln Attendance Center, Holly Lindsey as an Elementary Special Education teacher at Jefferson Attendance Center, Macey Heil as an Elementary RTI teacher at Washington Attendance Center, Devin Rankin as a High School Special Education teacher and High School assistant baseball coach, and Kevin Wolff as a High School assistant track coach.
Lastly, Drew Huffer was accepted as a volunteer for the High School assistant baseball coach.
