A Princeton man was taken to the White County Jail on Saturday afternoon by Carmi Police.
30-year-old Steven Fields was initially pulled over in his silver Equinox for not having working brake lights. Officers realized that Fields had been driving on a suspended license during the traffic stop.
Fields received the charge of Driving While License Suspended, but was later released on a notice to appear.
