Just after 6 PM on Friday, September 2nd, White County Sheriff Deputies Michael Brown and James Capeheart saw 26 year old Anthony Parrish of Omaha walking on East North Street in Grayville. Parrish was known to be wanted on a felony warrant out of White County.
Parrish was advised of the warrant and placed under arrest. A search turned up a small amount of cannabis in his right pants pocket, which Parrish said he bought off the corner. He was taken to the White County Jail on $1,000 bond. Parrish’s warrant was related to charges of unauthorized video recording of another person without their consent, dating back to June of this year.
His first court appearance was Tuesday, with a bail review on Wednesday. Anthony Parrish is due in court for a preliminary hearing on Monday, September 26th.
