Nicholas Page is headed to prison. The 28-year-old accepted a plea deal on Monday in White County court that will send him to the Department of Corrections on a 7-year sentence. Page was wanted on a Failure to Appear warrant when Carmi Police arrested him last Wednesday.

The plea deal encompasses nine total cases from 2025 and 2024 that range from traffic violations to more serious offenses. The guilty pleas include Bringing a Controlled Substance inside a Penal Institution which occurred in February of 2025 and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle in July of 2025. Dismissed charges as per the plea total 17 ranging from multiple Unlicensed Driver and Criminal Trespassing charges to Theft and Possession of Burglary charges that range from August 2024 arrests to August 2025 incidents.
