October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month. Joining us on Open Line today is Gretchen Lydick. Her son, Walker, is a superstar. Born with Down syndrome and a heart condition, Walker will be turning four at the end of the month and has been a light in the lives of everyone he meets since his birth. He’s been featured on billboards in St. Louis, named an ambassador for the Children’s Miracle Network, and most recently was crowned Mr. Tot at Dairy Days. Listen in and learn more!
