In memory of her “Pa”, Brenna Russell has launched The Papa Project aiming to support rural veterans by improving healthcare, expanding legal access, and honoring those affected by Agent Orange. Built on the pillars of honor, health, and justice, Russell is kicking off the campaign with an Agent Orange Awareness Candlelight Service on Sunday, August 10th at Carmi Veterans Park at 7:30pm.
