The Carmi-White County Boys and Girls Golf teams hosted NCOE, Waltonville, and Hardin County at the Carmi Country Club Tuesday afternoon.
For the Boys, Waltonville finished 1st with a team score of 166. NCOE finished 2nd at 168. Carmi finished 3rd at 171. Hardin County finished 4th at 208.
Maxon O’Daniel placed 1st overall after shooting a 38.
Jax Jordan placed 6th overall shooting a 42.
Gabe Winkleman shot a 45.
Abe Girten shot a 46.
Jordan Tomassetti shot a 47.
Cayden Holloman shot a 48.
For the Girls, Waltonville placed 1st with a 214. Carmi placed 2nd with a 220. NCOE and Hardin County did not record team scores.
Katelyn Davis placed 2nd overall after shooting a 49.
Bri Hale placed 3rd overall shooting a 54.
Makenlee Holloman shot a 58.
Sophia McCuly shot a 59.
Eva Grogan shot a 60.
Emma Legg shot a 68.
“It was a tough day at the course for the boys. They played on the blue tees on the back 9,” said CWC Golf Coach Jeremy Jordan. “The girls continue to improve, I thought they played great today.”
Both CWC Golf teams will travel to Eldorado on Thursday.
