Carmi Police arrested a Newburgh man early Wednesday morning.
Keith Brown, 34, was stopped for a headlight out and no front bumper.
Brown was instead arrested and cited for driving with a suspended driver’s license, possession of cannabis by a driver, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving with one headlight.
