Meadow Springs Renewable Energy contributed a total of $7,500 in community grants during the second quarter of 2026, benefitting two organizations serving White County.
The funding was awarded to Pets At Risk and the White County Senior Citizens Center, supporting animal welfare services and nutrition programs for local seniors.
Pets At Risk will use its grant to provide spay and neuter services and emergency veterinary care for animals in need throughout the community.
“This funding helps us provide critical veterinary care that improves the health and well-being of animals while supporting responsible pet ownership throughout White County,” said Jc Tinsley, Secretary of Pets At Risk.
The White County Senior Citizens Center will use its grant to support its nutritional program, providing meals for older adults in the community.
“This contribution supports our nutrition program and ensures local seniors continue to have access to healthy, reliable meals,” said Vicki Harrelson, Executive Director of the White County Senior Citizens Center.
Meadow Springs Renewable Energy will deliver American-made, reliable electricity to Illinois’ grid while bolstering local economic development.
