Carmi Police arrested 51-year-old Dale McLain Monday morning at his Sycamore Street home. McLain was wanted on a warrant that dates back to an October 5th charge of Battery. There’s also a Criminal Trespassing charge in that case. McLain remains behind bars as of Tuesday morning. He was taken into custody at around a quarter after 11am Monday.
