We now have the name of the man arrested at the Puff Huff Smoke and Vape Shop in Carmi Thursday. Carmi Police say they’ve arrested 36-year-old Mbareck Joumany of Martinsburg, West Virginia. He was arrested for Cannabis Trafficking, Possession with Intent to Deliver of Cannabis, Possession with Intent to Deliver Psilocybin, and Resisting a Peace Officer after the search warrant was issued. The arrest resulted in the seizure of nearly 6 ½ pounds of cannabis along with the psilocybin products. A 21-year-old is also listed as a suspect in the report, but no arrest is indicated. Carmi Police were assisted in the arrest by the White County Sheriff’s Department.
