All Carmi-White County sporting events that were scheduled for yesterday were canceled due to heat.
Junior High Baseball and Softball are scheduled to play tonight against Albion. Those games will start at 7:00 PM instead of their usual 4:30 PM start time.
The CWCHS Cross Country team is scheduled to travel to Murphysboro for their first meet of the season. The meet will start at 6:00 PM.
The Carmi-White County Volleyball team will play their first home match of the season tonight when they host North Posey.
The Lady Bulldogs come into tonight’s match with a 6-1 record coming off a two set win over Wayne City on Monday night. North Posey comes in with a 3-3 record.
Fans can watch tonight’s game on the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel. The varsity match will begin around 7:15 PM.
The Lady Bulldogs will also play at home tomorrow night when they host Gallatin County.
The Carmi-White County Football team will travel to Hamilton County on Friday night for Week 3 of the High School Football season. The Bulldogs come in with an 0-2 record still looking for their first win of the year. Meanwhile, Hamilton County is 2-0 for the first time since 2005.
