The Carmi-White County Volleyball team defeated Wayne City last night in two sets; 25-16 & 25-18.
The Lady Bulldogs are off to a 6-1 start this season. They will play their first home match of the season tomorrow night when they host North Posey. Carmi will also be at home on Thursday as they host Gallatin County.
The Carmi-White County Girls Golf team hosted the CWC Invite yesterday at the Carmi Country Club, and the Lady Bulldogs finished in 1st Place with a season-low team score of 206.
Katelyn Davis was a medalist as she placed 1st with a 46.
Gabby Mullins placed 5th with a 52.
Bri Hale and Sophia McCully both tied for 6th with a 54.
Eva Grogan shot a 60.
Makenlee Holloman shot a 64.
The CWCHS Boys and Girls Golf teams will both host NCOE, Waltonville, and Hardin County at the Carmi Country Club today. The match will start at 5:00 PM.
The Carmi-White County JV Football team traveled to Flora last night, and the Bulldogs fell by a final score of 30-22.
Caleb King, Trenton Chambers, and Reece Jamison all scored touchdowns for the Bulldogs.
The CWC Girls Tennis team will host Mt. Carmel today at Bradshaw Park. The match will begin at 5:00 PM.
