The Carmi-White County Football team hosted Flora back on Friday, and the Bulldogs fell by a final score of 35-14.

Carmi fell behind 14-0 early in the 2nd quarter, and Flora would manage to score once more on the final play of the first half to make it 21-0 at the break. The Wolves came out and scored in their first drive of the 3rd quarter to make it 28-0. 

The Bulldogs did put together two touchdown drives in the 2nd half, one capped off with a 10-yard touchdown run by Branson Burnett, and the other a 75-yard touchdown run by Cooper Hill.

Carmi falls to 0-2 on the year, they will travel to Hamilton County this Friday to face the 2-0 Foxes.

The Carmi-White County Volleyball team took part in the Fairfield Lady Mule Kickoff Tournament on Saturday, and the Lady Bulldogs went 3-1 and won the Silver Bracket.

Carmi defeated Cisne in two sets in the first match, but they later fell to Newton in two sets in the second match, before ending the day with a three set win over Lawrenceville and a two set win over Carbondale. 

The Lady Bulldogs are now 5-1 on the season, they will travel to Wayne City tonight, and they will play their first home match of the year tomorrow night against North Posey. Carmi will also be at home on Thursday when they host Gallatin County. 

The Carmi-White County Jr. High Softball team took part in the Johnston City Tournament on Saturday, and the Lady Bullpups went 2-0 and won the tournament championship.
Carmi defeated Marion by a final of 9-3, before defeating Eldorado by a final score of 11-1.
The Lady Bullpups are now 10-4 on the year, they will travel to Crab Orchard tomorrow. 

The Carmi-White County Jr. Pro Football teams swept Edwards County on Saturday.
The 5th & 6th Grade Bulldogs won 22-0.
The 7th & 8th Grade Bulldogs won 8-6.
Both teams will host Eldorado on Saturday.

The Carmi-White County Girls Golf team will host the CWC Girls Invite this afternoon at the Carmi Country Club.

The Carmi-White County JV Football team will travel to Flora tonight.
