The Carmi-White County Lady Bulldogs made quick work of the Grayville Lady Bison on Tuesday night, winning in straight sets, 25-11 and 25-9. From the very start, Carmi was in control and never really gave Grayville a chance to get rolling.
Carmi jumped out to a 7-1 lead in the first set before Grayville trimmed it down to 9-5. Carmi then broke it open, ending the set on a 16-6 run to win 25-11.
In the second set, Carmi built and early lead and never looked back, running away with 25-9 win.
The Lady Dogs improve to 2-0 on the young season, they will take part in the Fairfield Kickoff Tournament this weekend.
