Indiana Man Busted
Carmi Police arrested a Chandler, Indiana man on an outstanding warrant out of Jefferson County Wednesday morning.
Logan D. Fisk, 31, was arrested just before noon Wednesday on the warrant, but was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Fisk was arrested on Falcon Avenue here in Carmi.
Fisk remained in custody awaiting the setting of bond.
