Originally, scheduled to be sentenced in federal court July 22nd, Norris City resident Terry Hall’s sentencing has now been backed up a third time. Hall was scheduled to be in federal court in Benton Tuesday for sentencing. Court documents show the Assistant US States Attorney requested a continuance and the hearing is now set for November 10th.
