On Saturday, Carmi Police pulled over 48-year-old Rodrequiz Frazier.
The Cape Girardeau man was arrested by police for Possession of Cannabis by a driver and was cited for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol by a driver.
Frazier was released on a Notice to Appear for a First Appearance on August 12th at 9 am.
