24-year-old McGwire Aschenbrenner will be spending the next few years behind bars after his arrest in April of 2026.
Aschenbrenner agreed to a plea deal on June 8th that saw him plead guilty to Felon in Possession of a Weapon, a Class 3 Felony, with a charge of Reckless Discharge of a Firearm dismissed.
He was sentenced Monday in White County Court by the Honorable Judge T. Scott Webb to four and a half years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, with 8 months of supervision after his release.
