A Crossville man is out with a notice to appear following his arrest Monday afternoon by Carmi authorities. Police pulled over 69-year-old David Frashier just after 4:30pm Monday on Main at the Church Street intersection. Frasher was subsequently placed under arrest on a charge of Driving on a Revoked License with his pick up truck left to be towed by S&E Auto. After booking, Frashier was released about an hour after his arrest with a notice to appear in White County court on September 8th.
