A Crossville man is out on pre-trial release following his arrest Friday night. Carmi Police say they pulled over Danny Stephens just before 8:30pm near the intersection of Elm at Oak for an obstructed license plate and improper turn signal. He would subsequently be ticketed for the improper turn signal violation and arrested for Possession of Adult Use Cannabis in a Vehicle. The vehicle Stephens was driving, registered out of the tiny Richland County community of Calhoun was towed and impounded by S&E Auto.
