A little after 3 pm on Saturday, Enfield resident Lige Cheek was walking by Booth School when a White County Sheriff Deputy noticed Cheek and knew he had an active Failure to Appear warrant out of White County.
The charge of Possession of Methamphetamine led to the warrant; officials dismissed four other charges.
Cheek was transported to the White County Jail and appeared before a judge Monday morning, where he was released with a court date of February 2nd.
