Carmi Police arrested 23 year old Billie Jean Voliva of Carmi Tuesday night after she surrendered at the Police Department on a White County warrant for retail theft by an employee.
Voliva turned herself in at 9:54 pm and was transferred to the custody of jail staff. Voliva is being held in lieu of a $2500 bond.
