Carmi Police arrested 36 year old Stephanie Fulkerson of Carmi at her residence at 205 Railroad Avenue at 1:15pm Wednesday afternoon on a charge of violating an order of protection. Fulkerson remains in custody at the White County Jail pending the post of a $500 bond.
