Carmi Police arrested a pair of locals Thursday evening on Schumaker. Authorities were called multiple times to the 500 block of Schumaker around a quarter after 7pm. On scene, they arrested 64-year-old Michael Miner and 66-year-old James Massey who both live at the home, on charges of Domestic Battery/Domestic Violence. Massey also picked up a charge of Resisting Arrest and Intimidation after officers say he threatened to kill his roommate.
