Around 6:30 am Monday morning, Carmi Police pulled over 58-year-old Michael Beach for a loud exhaust.
Beach ended up being arrested for driving on a revoked driver’s license and issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Beach was given a court date for July 28 at 9 am.
