Less than 48 hours after his arrest, 40-year-old Arnie Hallum of Casa Grande, Arizona was back in trouble with Carmi Police. Authorities pulled over a U-Haul just before 3:30pm Monday on Cherry Street. The Arizona man was arrested Saturday driving an RV without registration leading to his arrest for Suspended License and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle. Monday afternoon, Hallum was placed in cuffs again, this time on a charge of Driving with a Suspended Drivers License. The U-Haul was towed from the scene; Hallum was released and given a Notice to Appear about 4:30pm. He’s due in court on September 9th at 9am.
