Simmons Arrested on White County Warrant for Criminal Damage to Property and Disorderly Conduct

Shane B. Simmons, 21, of Carmi, was arrested Monday night on a White County Warrant for Criminal Damage to Property and Disorderly Conduct. He is currently being held in the White County Jail on $250 bond.
