Carmi businesses hit with graffiti Tuesday night

  Three Carmi businesses were victims of vandalism on Tuesday night according to reports made to the Carmi Police Department. First Mid-Illinois Bank, Logo Graphics, and Rector Haley Printing all reported spray painted graffiti at their locations.
