McLeansboro man surrenders Thursday to Carmi Police

Thursday evening, 26 year old Joshua Hall of McLeansboro surrendered at the Carmi Police Department on a White County warrant for criminal damage to property and domestic battery.  Hall was processed by jail staff, and was later released after posting a $1500 bond.
