Carmi Police arrested 57 year old Thomas Hise of Carmi Tuesday morning following a traffic stop on Sycamore Street.
Hise was pulled over just before 9 am while driving a Kawasaki Mule UTV. He was taken into custody for driving while license suspended and transported to the White County Jail. Hise was released after posting a $150 bond.
