The Mt. Carmel Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying a white male subject.
The Mt. Carmel Police want to question the individual about an indecent exposure complaint filed August 15, 2017 in Mt. Carmel. The subject is a white male between his early 40’s- mid 50’s and was driving a silver/gray Dodge Charger with Indiana registration.
