Carmi Police responded to a call about a fight in progress at a residence on Gilpin Street early Friday morning and arrested 19 year old Elizabeth Starr of Carmi for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Starr was taken into custody at 12:12 am and transported to the White County Jail. She was later released after posting a $150 bond.
