Hamilton Memorial Hospital District is pleased to announce that the Hamilton Memorial Carmi Family Clinic will begin seeing patients at its new location, 1690 Falcon Ave. in Carmi, beginning October 1, 2026.
The new location is conveniently located between Arby’s and Taylor Eye Care and is part of Hamilton Memorial’s continued investment in providing accessible healthcare to the Carmi community.
The Carmi Family Clinic will continue providing the same trusted primary care services patients have come to know from Hamilton Memorial. Laboratory services will also continue to be available at the new location.

Patients who currently receive care at the Carmi Family Clinic’s existing location should plan to visit the new location at 1690 Falcon Ave. beginning October 1.
The current Carmi clinic location will see patients through September 28, with the transition to the new location taking place September 29–30.
Hamilton Memorial encourages patients to update the clinic’s new address in their personal records and use the new location for all appointments beginning October 1.
